Forward Union is an official Chinese company, Forward Union (Yiwu) Trading Co., Ltd., registered in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. 📍 Our office, warehouse, and team, which oversees purchasing, production, and shipping on a daily basis, are located here. Yiwu is China's largest trading hub, home to tens of thousands of factories and suppliers.
We are not intermediaries or agents, but your official representative in China. All contracts are drawn up in the company's name, not in the name of an individual. You receive photo and video reports, transparent documentation, and full legal protection at every stage.
Yes. All processes are done online: photos, videos, reports, tracking, and communication via WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat. You can see every step—from the factory inspection to the goods being loaded into the container.

Forward Union is an officially registered Chinese company with an office, warehouse, and export license. We operate transparently: we provide copies of the Business License, Export License, and bank details (Bank of China). 📸 Upon request, clients receive photos and videos of the office, warehouse, and team—everything is transparent and without intermediaries.

Terms of cooperation
Following your request, we prepare a contract and a commercial proposal. Next, we select a factory, approve the terms, and begin work. All contracts are in Russian or English and bear the official seal.

Logistics and delivery

Yes. We accept all orders at our warehouse in Yiwu, inspect them, photograph them, and combine them into one shipment. Storage is free when shipping through us.
Each product undergoes QC inspection (quantity, appearance, packaging). The customer receives a photo and video report before payment and shipment.
We provide tracking, photos of the loading process, and a report on each stage. Everything is transparent and documented.

Yes, but it's safer to use Forward Union. This way, you receive a guarantee of execution and reporting, not just a transfer to your personal account.
Forward Union takes responsibility: We monitor contract fulfillment, and in the event of violations, we process refunds or replacements through the Chinese legal system.
OEM/ODM Manufacturing
OEM is manufacturing under your brand using ready-made formulas and models. ODM is the creation of a unique product: design, packaging, formula, or construction.

Yes. We order samples from factories, take photos, videos, and conduct tests before launching production.
